I had a waterline burst in my home, causing flooding throughout. My HOI contacted United Water Restoration to begin clean up efforts, and assess the water damages. The team was there within a couple of hours of being contacted and wasted no time in getting my home water vacuumed, placing HVACs throughout. They explained the entire process and came out daily to monitor moisture levels. All damaged materials that could potentially cause mold and mildew were also removed. In a time of chaos, UWR offered me the peace of mind in knowing my home would be safe to reside in with no future concerns of poor air quality due to undetected water or moisture. For anyone in need of professional, reliable, personable, and very knowledgeable water mitigation, UWR is your place!

Excellent company! Arrived quicker than expected, the technician was very professional yet personable. After meeting the owner I understood, his employees are a representation of him and the company! Ohh, very affordable compared to the competition! That's very, very important. Hopefully you won't need this service, but if you do, use a pro. Water damage is no joke! If not done correctly in the beginning you'll be asking for problems down the line.

Mr. Washington and his team are EXCELLENT!!!! A few weeks ago, I had water damage to my home. This was my first water damage claim so I didn't have any clue about the process. They were recommended and I am VERY pleased. Him and his team took out the time to explain everything and also answered my phone calls TIMELY when I had questions. Alfonso and Jorge were very professional and hard working. They had a plan from the beginning about how to get our house back in order and did a great job communicating with us every step of the way. They even went above and beyond and helped us out with some tasks that were out of their purview. We are very grateful to have hired them as they were on our side 100% when it came to dealing with our insurance company. Highly recommend using their services and will be telling my friends and family to hire them in the future.
