Rida Bouqdir1 Stari called a week ago to schedule an appointment with this company. the person who answered was very nice and took all the necessary information.
the day of the service arrived and they were supposed to be at our house between the hours of 2pm-4pm. I called around 2:40pm to check on their status, the person who answered told me that we are about few minutes from your house. after one hour I called back several times and they never answered again. I will definitely be reporting them to the BBB because they ruined our plans for that day to have the carpet cleaned before movers arrived.
I disagree with other comment placed on "Google" that they were rude or impolite. they were just unprofessional and very careless, I wish the business owner read this and contact me at least to apologize.Tuesday 8th November 2016
