Jesus was the best, showed up professionally and guided me through the hole mitigation and water damage with the insurance company, always being communicative with me! They ended up packing the house and making sure my insurance company covered everything that needed to be done! I don’t know about the prices because the bill everything to my insurance company directly which is the best thing because I really hate dealing with all those things... So they eased all my worries and were really helpful! Thank you SERVPRO!

This location is absolutely amazing. Daniela and her team were so great to work with! Our house flooded and they were so nice and helpful working with my insurance. They packed my house up so neatly and carefully. I was so impressed!

My husband and I recently realized we had extensive damage from a slow leak in water pipe in the attic. My insurance company immediately called Servpro, Sugar Land, to come begin the drying process. Sam Marks called and came by within an hour. He has been terrific to work with. He is professional, polite, and very concerned about our well being. I am 76, my husband is 88 and has a serious lung infection. He personally tries to make this situation as easy as possible for us in spite of a rude, disrespectful, unreasonable adjuster. Sam had ladies come To pack for moving us out. They, too, were polite and very professional. Our experience so far has gone as well as possible only because of Sam and his oversight of this entire unfortunate situation. I will include these ladies names at the end of this email. They are certainly worthy of meritorious recognition as they made this part of our move out so much easier. We are profoundly grateful for Terry and Sam. They have been so helpful and reassuring to my husband. We look forward to them continuing our water remediation and remodeling.
