Hot water heater tank burst yesterday, Roto Rooter had a plumber out within the hour, worked on a quote and had a new one installed within the day. Edgar was awesome, we had a few issues that he had to resolve and he did it all. Price was steep but you pay for excellence and Edgar definitely was that.

I was charged $400 and I tub still doesn't drain. He spent an hour working the wrong problem. The problem is the calcified lime in the opening of the drain itself. Using his machine with the small blade could cut away some of the build up! His suggestion use Lime away foam. I have been doing that daily, very little change! Unless you send him back to do what I suggest, this was a huge rip-off!

Charged a huge amount for little work and then told us we cannot have the 6 month guarantee because of broken pipe. If we cannot have the guarantee then why charge so much for your service. 350 dollars for 10 minutes of work with no protection is a huge rip off. Will not use your services any longer.
