New Era did a fantastic job with our carpets and rugs. We had pet stains and terrible pet odor, especially after the storms. Our dog is terrified of storms, and it showed in our soiled carpets. Not to mention a kitten who went a little mental and marked her territory across the living room carpet! All the stains are gone and there is huge improvement with the odor! Overall better than expected and as for pet odors it’s is as good as it can get with any house that has a couple of pets in the house! He was quick, professional, and thorough! We will definitely use him again!

Wow. Hard to find excellent results AND customer service these days, but Charles brought it!! I have 15 year old carpet that looks brand new now! I’m impressed that he responded so quickly, and was thorough in his communications. Professional and experienced. Keeping his number for sure!

Charles has done work for us multiple times. We have had carpets and furniture cleaned. He does amazing tile work. He is prompt, friendly and professional. Charles is knowledge about his craft and is quick to answer questions and make suggestions if you ask for them. I highly recommend New Era. They are top notch.
