Total professionals! Great experience. Had tile replaced throughout the master bathroom, completely new shower, replaced the counters and painted the existing cabinets. Looks like a model home! All of the contractors did excellent work. Tile work was flawless and love the frameless shower and cabinets. Excellent communication, everyone showed up when scheduled and all concerns and questions were dealt with quickly Had a really good experience with Cary! He came out same day to assess a leak. I would give this company less than 1-star if I could. They were contracted to do two jobs at my house in Nov and Dec 2023 and it is almost July 2024 and the work is not complete. These were relatively small jobs. My garbage disposal flooded my cabinets in the kitchen and the cabinets needed to be replaced. My kitchen sink stood on a 2x4 for seven months before they completed this work. The second job was a leaking toilet upstairs the major work has been completed but a tile floor has to be replaced. Brayten the representation for Assured use to be responsive but my insurance company has made payment in full. Now he is totally unresponsive. Could be a coincidence but who knows. Now they have pushed finding tile to complete the job to me (unpaid). I was given four tile samples that are all gray and I told them no because my tile has hints of brown not gray so the four samples they provided are not even a close match. Now the owner is telling me to go find the tile instead of providing tile samples. Once again this occurred after they were paid in full. I asked for a refund for the tile flooring and the incomplete breakfast nook but they won’t issue a refund for the work they have not completed. I am sick of dealing with this company. I also had to call them back several times on the work they did “complete” because the work was half done. They did come out with no problem to fix everything identified but this is not a good business practice . You should beware of this company the work is horrendous. You have been warned. If you want a construction project that cost a lot and is half done this is the right company for you. This review highlights my experience with this company. I do not recommend them to anyone

I can't say enough good things about Taahaa Hussain and Assured Restoration. Every single step of the process was completely explained to me and he answered all of my many questions with extreme patience, knowledge and understanding. They have performed seemlessly with my insurance company and made me feel so very comfortable with a very uncomfortable situation. I highly recommend Assured Restoration.

Every worker who came was very nice and respectful. My complaint was that communication would be lacking. I started with one project manager in October 7th, then by December I had another. The time was about 3 1/2 months until completion. When I spoke with project manager, I told him well in advance that they need to let me know the cost as they were going. Living on SS is not easy. So upon completion, I still owed total amount was 2000 dollars. A total surprise with that. I never received any feedback on total until they came with a walk through. Only invoice i ever recieved was a total dollar due, not what everything cost. Am happy with final outcome of work, its beautiful. I really thought i made myself clear on cost. So having to go a third party loan to pay it off will be a struggle for me
